Teravista is the rapidly expanding golf course community on the border of north Round Rock and south Georgetown. Located directly north of University Boulevard and west of FM 1460/AW Grimes, Teravista is one of the most popular neighborhoods in a booming part of town, just a few miles from the Round Rock Premium Outlet mall and assorted other shopping and restaurants. The 18-hole Teravista Golf Course provides five different tees per course to challenge golfers of all levels and was recently named "Beginner Friendly Course" by the National Golf Course Owners Association.

Home sizes in Teravista vary greatly as does price. You can find a 1,500 square foot 3 bedroom/2 bath home in Teravista just as easily as a home over 4,000 square feet. New homes are constantly being built by DR Horton, Ryland Homes, Lennar and more, ranging from $100K to $600K. Resales in the area also have a wide range, but average between $180K and $400K. Many homes border the neighborhood greenbelts, providing for wonderful views and private backyards. Currently the neighborhood has 2,100 homes, but new ones are being finished nearly every day.

Teravista is a master plan community with a clubhouse that features an events room and a gathering room with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The neighborhood also has:

Round Rock ISD oversees over 30 elementary schools, 10 middle schools and 5 high schools. Over 45,000 students attend the schools in the district, which stretches into North Austin and parts of Cedar Park. According to the district, the number of students enrolled in Round Rock ISD schools has increased 15% in the last five years. Continued growth is expected as more subdivisions are built in the areas served by RRISD.
